Eat hot or cold. Either way, it’ll be a treat you enjoy! I love making this for get-togethers with friends or for teammates when we go on long road trips.
Peanut Butter Popcorn
Serves: 4 to 6
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup of Karo syrup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup popcorn kernels
- In a saucepan, combine the sugar, peanut butter, and karo syrup. Cook on low to medium low until melted together. Constantly stir so the mixture doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
- In separate pot, make the popcorn as directed. Once the kernels popped, place half in a large bowl.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture over the popcorn in the bowl and slowly stir with a spatula or spoon. Take the second half of the popcorn and add it to the bowl. Pour the rest of the peanut butter mixture on top and slowly stir until the popcorn is coated.
