1 cup of peanut butter
1 cup of Karo syrup
1/2 cup of white sugar
1/3 cup of popcorn kernels

Serves: 4-6


*In a saucepan, combine the sugar, peanut butter and karo syrup. Cook on low to medium low until melted together. Constantly stir so it won’t stick to the bottom of the pan.

*In separate pot, make the popcorn kernels as directed on bag. Once their popped, place half of them in a big bowl.

*Grab your saucepan and pour the peanut butter mixture and slowly stir with a spatula or spoon. Take the second half of the popcorn and add it to the bowl. Pour the rest of the peanut butter mixture on top and slowly stir until the popcorn is coated.

Eat hot or cold, either way it’ll be a treat you enjoy! I love making this for a get together with friends or a long road trip for teammates!
